| I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful God really is. I am so glad that He allowed me to go to Mexico this year. I was able to use my Spanish a ton and i translated for those who could not speak Spanish. It was even better than last year. My team built a house for Gabriel, Nora, and Flor. They were an amazing family. I got to know Gabriel very well, I spent most of my time talking to him and translating for others to him. He is a 46 year old man and he loves God. He couldn't help us because he had a problem with his back, but he was there every day to motivate us. He gave me and my family a big shell and 5 arrowheads, even though he did not have very much. There was a boy named Jose, who was 15 years old, who helped us every day. He was a neighbor God sent our way. Monday night he asked Jesus into his heart. I am very happy for him. He is a very poor boy and gave his all every day. I got to talk to him a lot and found out that he couldn't go to school because he had to work so that he and his family could eat and live. I met a lot of people and made a lot of friendships there. When we left, i felt as though i was abandoning them. They have nothing and yet gave me so much. More than they will ever know or understand. I miss them. |

| this week has been long. things have been good. chelsea is home. my dad and i are getting things ready for mexico, we leave soon. |
